How long does shipping take?
Due to COVID-19, USPS has encountered shipping delays. Please be aware that some items may encounter a shipping delay of 1-2 additional weeks outside our normal shipping times below.
We will process and ship out your order within 1-2 business days. Your item will be delivered to you within 2-3 days after you have placed the order. Please note that we are closed on the weekends and all major holidays.
How much is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order weight. We do offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
Where are your products from?
All of our products are shipped from Delta Junction, Alaska.
How can I track my order?
Once you place the order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a tracking email with a USPS tracking number.
If for any reason you do not receive your item, please use your tracking number to look up the status. If USPS has confirmed delivery through their tracking system, please contact them directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were confirmed delivered by USPS. We suggest that you file a missing package report with USPS if this is the case. We are not responsible for address error made by customers when placing the order. If an order has been processed, we cannot change the address.
Returns and cancellations
Do you accept returns?
You have 14 days to return your order from the day you receive it. Anything we receive after 14 business days will be denied. If the return is denied, you will need to request and pay for the shipping back to you.
Items must be in new, unused, and salable condition with all tags attached. If we find the item has been worn or used, we will deny the return (no refund given) and dispose the item.
You must submit a returns request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with our calculated return shipping label. Please include your order number when e-mailing.
You must reply to our email within 48 hours, otherwise we will discard your email, and assume that you are no longer interested in making a return.
We do not cover any shipping cost, customers are responsible for shipping costs. Return shipping label is to be paid by customer. This amount will be deducted from your product (subtotal) refund.
Items returned without authorization will be disposed of without credit being issued.
As soon as your return items reach us, we ask that you would allow us up to 7 days to process your return and issue the refund.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order after I have placed it?
Once your order has been placed, contact us within 2 hours if you want to cancel it. Once it has been processed and shipped, you can return it for a refund per our return policy.

- Baby Rosebud proudly stands behind its products and company. Customer protection is our number one priority. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

If you give us your email and permission to send more information, you may opt out of receiving any additional email messages at any time, by unsubscribing from our email list.
